History

Gary Ciniello has been involved in the Food & Beverage Industry for over 30 years.

His background ranges from quick service to fine dining and lounge operations. He is a former national training manager for a 200+ unit dinner house chain.

Since 1995 he has been the Food & Beverage Director for a six unit chain of Bowling Centers in South West Florida, where the F&B revenues are close to 50% of the total income.
